So after months of spending hours on the phone with Quickbooks trying to have an issue resolved that Quickbooks was unable to resolve, I was finally told that I was going to receive a refund for the additional services that I have been unable to use. A few days later there was a completely unauthorized CHARGE on my credit card for over $600, with no refund. Five more phonecalls with people who tell me that they're going to solve my issues later, and now they are telling me that there's nothing that they can do because that money was a renewal, even though I have already paid through the end of February and I have no intention of renewing. It is obvious at this point that I am going to have to file a lawsuit to get my money back. If anyone here has had a similar issue, please let me know.
Hello, @AP149. Thanks for elaborating.
As this concern relates to your billing subscription, as much as I would love to take care of this problem immediately, the Community is a public forum, and for the security of your business, I can't ask for personal information when it comes to your refund request and billing issue. Though you've already called in to support, I recommend contacting them again, as inquiry specific about this issue is handled by them.
If you have a case number, that would help streamline the process. Your case number has the previous agent's notes according to what happened to your issue. This way, you won't be repeating yourself.
To contact them, here's how:

Thanks but I have spent hours on the phone with Quickbooks "customer service" and I finally spoke with a supervisor and this still has not been resolved.
