I tried to update a company payroll bank account. It listed three names that were supposed to be associated with the account. None of the names are associated with the account. I called support. They had no clue who the names were related to. They could not update the account for me. They sent me a page that I have to fill out with a bunch of information and send back to them. What a terrible waste of time. There are constant glitches with QuickBooks. I hate this program.

The best way to help me is to clear the bogus names that showed up and add my name and email when I called. Then I would not have to take all the time to fill out the paper. Send to client for signature and received back and email to you. Just enter the my information so I can change it online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is absolutely the worst software I've ever used, I found a chat feature that terminated before the agent could respond to my issue. I cannot find the chat feature on the site anymore, it's like they knew there was an issue so they just made it invisible to me so that they don't have to spend time actually helping me. My tax documents are locked in this software and I get repeated error messages that this is an issue on their end. I have to file my gd taxes, I can't just wait until whenever the system wants to allow me to access my own documents.

I had this problem before with them also. I just changed my password and everything all of a sudden worked.
Hi LaurenIsAnnoyed - I must agree. We are seeking other solutions. It is apparent that QBO is wanting to be more of a storefront for other apps they can profit from. The site is a COMPLETE TRAINWRECK! It is making my decision to move based on all the other deficiencies far easier.
Glad you have a job. QB is a disaster. The entire application is fraught with bugs and non-intuitive BS. INTUIT is in the name!! How can it be so worthless. I did better with spreadsheets.
WORST!! the dumbest software I have ever used. Nothing works. It take way too much time to accomplish a task, the process is flawed, the results are questionable and the endless downloads tha corrupt the app are beyond stupid. Intuit is an oxymoron. I absolutely hate this software and company. I will export all my data and delete this garbage. I have paid for years. I have had endless issues. Now I'm being billed for another version of online access that has never worked. OMG im done.
