Updating Direct Deposit for 7-31-21

Good day to you, Angie1972.

I appreciate you for sharing the details with us. I’d be more than happy to help you isolate this issue so you can update your direct deposit.

We can go to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS)  and check your user right for cross-checking. From there, you can review user ID access, charges, update your payment method, change a credit card, as well as update billing information and email addresses.

Here's how:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
  3. If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.

Then, make sure to update your QuickBooks Desktop software to the latest release. This way, we can guarantee the program is equipped with the newest features and fixes. Let me show you how

  1. Click the Help menu from the opened company file.
  2. Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click the Options tab and click Mark All.
  4. Under the Update Now tab, check Reset Update.
  5. Once ready, click Get Updates

See this article for more details: Get the latest QuickBooks Desktop release.

After updating, sign in as the Primary Admin in your QuickBooks company file and sign in through your Intuit Account. Then update the direct deposit again.

Please read through these articles for the detailed steps on how to set up and fix direct deposit issues:

Additionally, you can run the Payroll Summary report in QBDT. This will show the payroll items with a subtotal for a net pay for a specific period. Just go to Reports and select Employees and Payroll. Then, click Payroll Summary.

Keep me posted for additional questions or other concerns while managing direct deposits. I’m only a few clicks away from help. Take care always.
