It's possible that you've encountered this issue due to a delay in the mobile system. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the performance issue.

 

Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings and select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then pick Storage.
  3. Finally, hit clear data.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings and select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select the Offload App.

 

Lastly, if the above steps don't work, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application.

Hi there.tried all this. Still didn’t work. I deleted a ton of apps and have a lot of storage on phone. It’s weird as when I get to log online. When I try to save anything. It will just have the spinning thing. Consistently freeezes like that. QBO has done something like this to me couple of years ago. It was difficult to sign in but when I closed all the background pages. It worked. 
this time I’m not sure what is going on at all, it’s been 3 days. I can’t stay logged in nor do anything on once I’m logged in.

Tried everything. Still doesn’t work

Also does this when trying to save an invoice. Just stuck in refresh page. This is after taking about 5-10 mins to login

Hi there. I’m using an iOS device. I updated my device. Deleted app multiple times and reinstalled. It definitely isn’t my internet connection. There’s something wrong with my app. Even when I can get into the account. It won’t show me invoices. Just shows payments. I’ll attach picture here. I think there’s a software glitch on QuickBooks side. I have been using for years with no issues, really frustrating and need it fixed asap,

iOS. Deleted reinstalled multiple times. Something is wrong with actual app. It’s definitely not the internet connection, most customers I can’t even view invoices. Just shows payment and when click will show this error. I’ll attach, the whole thing is messed up

Shows this page when clicking on payments. Doesn’t even show invoices.

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard, click the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Press Enter after typing a short description of your concern.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can log in to your computer or mobile browser to review your invoices and other sales transactions.
