Join nowI have tried to log into Camps.intuit.com on three different browsers. My password is accepted and then I get a blank screen. I can see that something wants to appear for about a second and then nothing. I have cleared browsing history. I was just trying to do the silly 2024 Desktop update that was advertised in an email. Not important but, why is there always a problem for $1300 a year. Any tips on doing the update would be great. Thank you.
I have also tried to log on using my cell phone's browsers. I get the verification pin texted to me and see a very brief glimpse of the page and it disappears.
Also, while in QB Desktop I have gone into "My Company" and clicked "Manage Your Account" and the disappearing act happens with this route also.

I tried the incognito option on 2 browsers with no luck.
Its strange that it would be anti-virus software suddenly causing the problem as my phone does not have any anti-virus software and the result is the exact same as on my desktop.

I was curious about your case and tried to access our CAMPS. We found no problems.
You may try the following steps to isolate the problem
Restart your computer
Open an incognito/private browser
Login to your QB Community account
Open a new tab in the same incognito/private browser you are using
type camps.intuit.com in the browser field and hit the Enter key
You should be able to login into your CAMPS with the same credential you are using to access QB Community.
Thank you for the suggestion. I gave the incognito a try by logging into my account to access the QB community. Unfortunately, the blank screen appeared when I logged into camps using another tab (while incognito). I did a quick chat yesterday to get a phone number to call. I haven't called yet as I know it will take time.

I was told that my file is corrupted. So, for a one time fee of $900, the experts can fix it. So, I think I will just have to live with not being able to access camps.

I did a chat with Quick books yesterday where the support person wanted to set me up with a call back. I asked for the number so that the call would be at a time convenient for me. I called today and did one of the screen shares where they showed all the errors I am getting. There were 3 payment options, 1 time, 1 year and 3 year.

Yes. The number was provided by Quickbooks so, its scary if somone is giving out a scammer phone number. I am currently doing a chat with Quickbooks and it feels much safer.
I was a successfully able to update to Desktop 2024 with the assistance of customer service. This is what I had tried to do initially when I discovered I had a camps issue. We then moved on to why I might not be able to log in. After some inquiry, I was told there is a known issue even though others can get into camps just fine. I didn't press the issue. I have no other reason to log into camps at this time so, I won't worry about it now. This screen share was very secure (I controlled all screen activity) so, I do have concerns about the earlier screen share that I did. I changed my password and am hoping for the best.
Glad you were able to resolve this issue and weren't scammed. Another option, you may consider renewing your license through a partner next time and you will not have to register your own credit card in CAMPS.
Having the same exact issues discussed in this thread. If it is a known issue and has been since last fall, WHY THE SAM HELL IS THIS NOT FIXED???? I've lost several thousand $$$$$ just trying to get QB 2024 Desktop Accountant installed on my computers this year. It is unfair we push your products for you, work on your products all day with our clients, charge us high fees for your software, then you screw us over with these time sucking, unsolvable issues. Nobody has time to be on chat support for hours for something we have always been able to do conveniently in the past on our own. GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!

I already had tried all of these, and now just wasted my time again with the links you shared, and trying again. When I am trying to install QB on my computer it tells me my Product ID is incorrect, which i got from my most recent license renewal for supposedly QB 2024 (even though, in the incognito tab it comes up blank, and when I go to products 2024 isn't listed, only the prior years are). Is there another place I can retrieve my 2024 license and product IDs, besides CAMPS and my Billing account??
