hi I have tried to remove the user and I did all steps but in Action doesn't appear any arrow. can you help me with that?

Have you tried it in a different window to see if you get the same results? The high amount of data in the cache is most likely the cause of QBO's sudden failure. These will continue to acquire data and will not clean its history automatically. Follow the procedures below to correct it:
1. Restart your browser.
2. Log in to your account and delete the user in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
· Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
· Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
· Safari: press Command + Shift + N
3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache.
4. Then, delete the user again using your regular browser.

I have been trying to remove users but there is no option. The guidance provided by you above is incorrect. There is no option 'manage users'. The only relevant option is 'Your team'. However that menu does not let me remove any users. Please help.
I spent an hour in an online chat with customer service. They were unable to resolve my issue. Trying to remove a user that was terminated from the company. Company admin and Primary admin have both tried and been unsuccessful. I select Delete (the three dots next to edit), pop up window asks "Are you sure you want to delete this user?", I select Delete user and nothing happens. So then I try Edit, Delete (in red) in the lower left corner of the next screen, "Are you sure you want to delete this user?", Delete user, and again NOTHING happens. Client is not happy this is still isn't resolved! SUGGESTIONS?

I understand that this process didn't go through, but I'm here to help ensure you're able to delete a user. Before we start, have you tried logging into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser and performing the process from there?
Or may I know what troubleshooting steps did you perform so far? That way, I can check so you won't have to go through the same steps again.

Yes, used Incognito to log in and try to delete user. This was also unsuccessful. Other steps taken were in my initial post.

We are having a similar issue, where we cannot edit/add/delete users. We have been advised by chat/call support that this is a "known" issue. The system is supposed to prompt for password, but the window does not pop-up and interface is unresponsive.
We have attempted different users and browser configurations to no avail.
An employee has been terminated and we cannot of remove the user account. We have been advised to wait 5-7 days to have this user removed.
This user continues to have full privileges and could cause great damage if disgruntled. We cannot edit rights, modify login, or delete.
Given the sensitive nature of situation, it's unacceptable to have to wait DAY(s).

I appreciate you for trying all of the steps provided by my colleagues. However, we have received reports that primary administrators are unable to delete or add users. Our engineers are working on it already.
I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online Support again to be added to the list of affected users. Please follow the steps below to contact support:
You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

When I go the remove a user there is no option in the drop down menu to delete the user. Just view user activity. What can be done to fix this issue?
There is no dropbox to select. It won't allow me to delete the user.

Only the Master Administrator or Primary Administrator Contact can be able to remove users. You'll want to inform the Master Admin to remove a user from your company. To do so, follow the steps below:
