Are you using payroll or other apps on top of your subscription? It's possible that you have other charges aside from your QuickBooks Essential plan.
Since the Community is a public forum, I'd suggests reaching out to our Online Support again. They can access your account in a secure environment and verify your billing charges using their tools.

lthough I have been using my mac since we moved a couple of year ago. We all have windows
0n 10/4/19 our company was charged $400.00 my notes say online support for 2 years
6/6/19 we were charged $499.00 same note
3/25/19 $1999.0 same note
on 4/6/18 989.99 same note
We have 3 chairs
I spoke to Catsi today and she wanted another $1999.00 she says this is for cloud support?

You can check your billing history and charges by visiting camps.intuit.com. From there, you can log in to your account and manage and double-check the charges.
