How do I cancel my payroll subscription?

I'm happy to help walk you through the process of canceling your payroll subscription with QuickBooks Online. 

Let's get started.

1. Go to the Settings gear icon. 
2. Choose Account and Settings. 
3. Pick the Billing and subscription tab. 
4. Select Cancel in the Payroll section. 
5. Click Continue to cancel the subscription. 
6. Complete the short survey, then hit Confirm cancel.
