How do I cancel my subscription for quickbooks self-employed

I was charged 17.00 for a subscription and have tried for the last 30 days to cancel.  Please help me do this before I am again charged $17.00.

If QuickBooks Self-Employed is unable to meet your needs, you can easily cancel your subscription.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Billing Info.
  3. In the Cancel section, click Cancel now.
  4. Enter the reason of your cancellation.
  5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again.

Who can I call to get help?  I have wasted over an hour and still have been unable to cancel my account.  This is really frustrating.

Right now, the support available for the Self-Employed users are only Chat and Email. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Log into your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right.
  3. Select Contact us.
  4. Enter necessary information.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select Chat.
