QuickBooks Desktop has a setting that will automatically prompt a user to modify a report before opening it. Here's how to disable this feature:
- Choose Edit from the QuickBooks menu and choose Preferences.
- Cick Reports & Graphs.
- Choose My Preferences or Company Preferences tab.
- Remove the check-mark in the box next to Prompt me to modify report options before opening a report.
- Click Ok.
