Hello, stor124297.
The mileage report can be accessed in QuickBooks Online by clicking the Download Trip button. Then, choose the specific date about which you want to view the report. This will open an Excel report with a list of all the trips you've entered.
Simply open the trips page and click on Download Trips. Please see the attached screenshot for your reference:

Thank you for the help and the information. I attached a screen shot of what I see when I log on. I'm sorry to be so lost, but I don't see anything related to Trips nor Milage. I've browsed each option I can choose and still didn't see anything. My reports don't have anything related to Trips. Just don't know where to start.
Here is a screen shot where the volume indicator isn't all up in the way...

What if we don't use On-line version?
The report for last year is blank.
I'm not about to access the new "Track Vehicle Mileage" before I know where the previous 10 years of information has disappeared to.
I only need mileage twice a year for 15 vehicles.
Let's figure out the cause of your blank mileage report from the previous year in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Tina.
First, you may have restored an incorrect QBDT backup file that's why records of your last year's mileage are not showing up in the report.
That said, I recommend reviewing the backup file (.qbb) you opened. Before doing so, please be aware that you may overwrite your data when restoring the backup in the same folder as your current company file.
You'll also want to check the Audit Trail report in QBDT to check if there are modifications made from last year's mileage tracking. The Audit history serves as a record of all changes made on a specific transaction. Here's how to access it:
Additionally, here's a guide to learn how to add trips from the mobile app and send them to QBDT for approval: Track miles with the mobile app for iOS. Please note that mileage tracking is only available on iOS.

Even though I knew the information wasn't in Audit Trail, I checked 2 years; nope wasn't there.
We use Vehicle Mileage to track yearly mileage.
It is not billed to anything.
Truck # 12A has an odometer of 68,214 on 1/1/2020, on June 30, 2020 the odometer is 71,745.
The truck traveled 3,531 miles (truck is currently exempt from Form 2290) and in the note section I would write: consumed however many gallons of diesel and the miles per gallon was 4.6
12/31/2020 odometer is 81,910, now I have to amend the Form 2290.
