I believe their question was misunderstood. There is an option to connect your account to Amazon to see your receipt orders. When trying to connect, the site ask for a temporary identification code, but there is no code. It does not email a code, so where are we suppose to get the temporary code from?
I found the answer. In order to connect, you have to use your Amazon business account. It doesn’t work for personal accounts which sucks. I always forget to sign into my business account when I buy on Amazon for my business.

Thank you - That is what is happening then - I only have a personal account, so I suppose this feature isn't for me.
I ran into the same problem when trying to connect my QuickBooks to Amazon, it kept asking for a code, but I never got one, even with two-factor turned on. Super frustrating!
I ended up switching to Synder, and it made things way easier. It connects Amazon to QuickBooks without all the weird code issues, and it automatically syncs your sales, fees, and payouts. No more manual work or connection headaches.
If you're stuck, I’d definitely recommend giving Synder a shot. It saved me a lot of time and hassle.
