Did you get a message saying you clicked the URL when you went to the Report menu?
If so, you might be experiencing a browser issue. Let's start by opening an incognito window to fix the issue. You can use the shortcut keys below.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
Also, please ensure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser to make sure that QuickBooks runs smoothly.
