I open a new company in my current user but he new company in QBO I cannot change or edit the invoice template once I click the button for edit it shows nothing only a blank page
i have tried the same in my current company it works but in the new company even I changed the browser all the same
please i need help with this

Let's try accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. This will help us check if the issue is cache-related and fix it. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:
Once you're in, customize again your invoice template. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh.

Rest assured they're working nonstop to identify the cause of this error and provide you with a timely solution. While waiting for a fix, I suggest contacting support so they'll be alerted about your experience. From there, they can also link your name to this investigation (INV-84468) and automatically receive email notification of the latest updates.

I have the same problem on the edition for Latin American and the Caribbean. The US edition works fine. What is the problem QuickBooks I just bought the Online Plus Version and have this issue.
