I can help you in sending your payments, hpbennett0404.

Recently, IRS has changed its password requirements for employers paying through their EFTPS system to enhance the security. Let's try to resubmit your payments then manually reenter the 4-digit pin again to refresh the transaction.

If it is still rejected, I would recommend giving our technical supports a quick call. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate this issue. Then, you can pay your payments directly to the EFTPS website.

Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Log into your company file.
  2. Select the Help menu.
  3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Enter "E-payment rejected' in the description.
  6. Select the best support options for you.

Here's our support hours and contact us at a time convenient to you.

If you any other concerns or questions about electronic payments, don't hesitate to reach out to us again. We'll take care of you.

You should not have a new pin unless you changed your bank account. The pin goes to the specific bank account. You have to change your password on EFTPS once a year in order to do it through QuickBooks. Otherwise you just do it manually. It's an easy thing to do but never change your pin unless you have a new bank account
