Hi, @julie-foster-hel. Thank you for reaching the Community. I've got some information you need so you’ll be able to link your Lowe’s Pro Card in QuickBooks Online.

To connect your Lowe’s Pro credit card account, here’s how:

  1. Click Banking
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Link account or Add account.
  4. Enter the bank name and search for it.
  5. Select the account, then click Continue.
  6. Enter the bank credentials, then click Sign in.
  7. Choose the account you want to connect to.
  8. Select how far you want to download transactions.
  9. Click Connect.

If you're still unable to connect your account, an issue like this occurs when we encounter a browser-related issue. We can fix this by running some basic troubleshooting steps.

I suggest performing the steps through a private window. It's the best place to check browser-related issues while working with QuickBooks. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If it works fine, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

Additionally, I’ll be adding this article for more information about connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QBO. It also includes steps that’ll help you connect a bank account from your chart of accounts.

Please let me know if you have any questions about managing accounts in QBO. I'll be right here to help. Wishing you the best.
