Join nowHi there, chrislawlor,
I'm here to help cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription.
This happens when you purchased QBSE through the app store. That's why you're unable to see the Cancel button. You need to cancel the subscription through them. Here's how:
Cancel on iOS (iPhone or iPad)
Cancel on Mac
Cancel on Android
Cancel on Web Browser
After that, you still have access to your account until the next billing cycle.
You may consider preparing your taxes before canceling your subscription. Feel free to read through this article: QuickBooks Self-Employed - Annual taxes guide for more details.
Let me know if there's anything else you need with QBSE. I'm happy to help you out.
Hi. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, that is not the answer. I went into both Apple.l App Store and Google Play and QBSE was not listed as a subscription.
I appreciate you getting back to us, @chrislawlor.
Since the subscription can't be viewed either on Apple or Google Play, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. This way, they can access your account in a safe environment and verify it further.
Also, they can cancel your subscription easily using their tools.
For immediate assistance, you can chat with one of our QBSE agents. You can refer to this link for details: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
If you have any questions or need clarifications, let me know by leaving a comment. I’m here to keep helping. Have a good one!
