Join nowHi Michael,
I've tried this report on my test account and it seems to be working okay. I can see the details like how they show on the preview.
If you haven't already, you can do the browser troubleshooting steps, and try exporting it again.
Let me know how it goes.
I tried it with three browsers, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari they are provided the same output. On the screen it shows as:
Taxes $3,000
Federal Tax. $1,000
Property Tax. $1,000
State Tax. $1,000
Each line with amount, like example above. However when I print or export it to PDF, it just outputs the category "Taxes" and total.
Thanks for keeping us updated how the troubleshooting went through, michael119.
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to our chat and support teams. They'll take a closer look at this to determine what's causing the issue with the data in your report. Here's how to reach out to them:
I'd also like to inform you that due to the ongoing pandemic, our phone and chat support channels are only open between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday-Friday, and from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. Here's a quick guide for more details: Support hours and types.
Don't hesitate to reach out to reach out to us again if you need more help with QBSE.
I have the same issue, where the detailed bullet points are omitted from the print and pdf download. It looks like a deliberate omission.
Was this ever solved?
Using Self-Employed as well. Is this a limitation due to that subscription?
Thanks for any insight.
