You have 2 QBO (not QBSE) accounts with 2 different email address, correct? Those two accounts are QBO Simple Start or else?

Hi syngent!

Yes, it is possible to consolidate your subscriptions under one email. All you have to do is invite the email (that you want to use moving forward) as a Company admin on the QBO company you want to move. Then, you make it the Primary admin user.

For simplicity, let’s just say Email A is for Company A and Email B is for Company B (to be transferred).

Step 1: In Company B, invite Email A as the Company admin user.

Step 2: Accept the invitation.

Step 3: In Company B again, move the Primary admin role to Email A. Another email will be sent to Email A.

Step 4: Email A must accept the invitation to be the Primary admin.

Here are a couple of articles to give you more information about the process:

You can always reach back out if you have any other concerns with your subscriptions. Take care!
