My Accountant Shared Documents

When I put documents in the My Accountant Shared documents tab, I would like the other accountant on the clients account to be able to access the documents as well.  Is this possible?  I have put documents there, but the CPA says they cannot see them.

Let me share how it works, Tlh121018.

 

The accountants won't be able to view each other's requests and documents. It is to keep the work safe and confidential. You'll want to share the documents with the other accountant so they can see it.
