This isn’t what I want for you. I know how important it is for your business to able to see all sales in the Sales Tax Liability Report.
The Automated Sales Tax feature calculates the rate based on the following information.
When you create invoices or other sales entries, make sure to mark the box for Tax. This is to ensure all sales are tracked in QBO.
The data generated in the report is also based on the transactions recorded in the company. Let’s open your invoices one at a time. Then tick the box for Tax so all out of state transactions will show in the report.
