Why did my subscription price double from 12 a month to 25 a month
Hello there, @clean construction.
There could be a couple of reasons as to why your subscription price had changed. The subscription may have a discount and it had fallen off the account.
I’d suggest reaching out to our Support Team as they have the tools to open your account securely and view the information as to why the price increased.
Don’t hesitate to reach back out to the Community for further questions or concerns. I hope you have a wonderful week.
How can I find out how much I paid every month to process my payroll?
Let me help find out how much you paid for payroll every month, Elizabeth2612.
When the Payroll service is set up in QuickBooks Online, you've selected accounts to record payroll liabilities and expenses. All employee wages and employer taxes go to the same account.

Another way to find the total payroll expenses is through your bank statement.
Let me know if you need anything else aside from finding your monthly payroll expenses. I'll be right here to help you.
hello. I paid for QB Payroll annual fee of $541.25 on 3/25/2021; but I just got billed (and auto paid) $12.99 for a monthly payoll fee. Since I paid for the annual fee, why was billed for monthly fee? Please give me the customer service phone number to call, unable to find it on the website.
Hi there, cfjl.
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service. I believe that this shouldn't happen since you've already paid the annual subscription fee.
I'd love to help you here. However, the ability to pull up your account and check the billing history is done by our Customer Care Team to protect your personal information. We're also unable to directly provide our phone number in the Community space due to security reasons.
To ensure that this will be taken care of as soon as possible, I'd recommend contacting our supports through the Help icon. Once you're in, one of our representatives will review the charges on your account. Here's how to connect with us:
I'm also adding this article to help update your billing information and check where the charges from your account are coming from and why:
