Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to transfer primary admin in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Changing the Master Admin on the account depends on who's paying the subscription to Intuit. As you've mentioned, it seems like you're using QuickBooks Online Simple Start. I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to help you transfer the Master admin rights.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
- Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Look for I still need a human and click on it.
- Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
- Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
