Hi there, @cwaddella-gmail-. I’m happy to know you’re considering using the bundle program. I'll make sure you get back on track with managing your account and taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

The Tax Bundle is a combined QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed subscription. This makes it simple to send your Schedule C data to TurboTax and file your taxes.

You'll need to make sure the log-in credentials are correct. Since you want to use the account you currently use for QBSE to sign into QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed.

For you to check if the two accounts have different credentials, you can review this article: Send your info to TurboTax.

I'd also suggest you reach out to our support team to verify your subscription details. They have the tools to look into your account and explain further about bundle taxes and why you can't log in to your account.

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Assistant and enter brief information about you concern.
  2. Then select, Talk to a human
  3. Type again your concern and click I still need a human.
  4. Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback.

Once everything is on the right track, you can now send your data to TurboTax Self-Employed.

If you want to reset your account and update the billing information within the system, you can also refer to this article: Update your billing and subscription info in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you have any other clarifications with managing your QBSE account. I'll be here to assist you. Enjoy your day!

GebelAlainaM,

Thank you for the reply.  I contacted QuickBooks support team and they were able to reset so that I could resend the data from QuickBooks Self-employed to Turbo Tax Self-employed.
