All QuickBooks Online plans can track income and expenses and especially create refunds for your customers. You'll want to visit this page where you can see the different plans we have and the features you can do per plan. Just click here. Once you've decided which plan to subscribe to, you can click Select and then follow the onscreen instructions to successfully set up your account.
You can also add QuickBooks Payments for taking and processing customer credit card payments. To sign up and connect it to your QuickBooks Online account, you can click this article: Sign up for QuickBooks Payments.
