Believe me since the 25th of this month I been asking ever day 4 times a day speaking with different reps N they all tell me that they're unable to provide me with or assist me obtaining a trace number on a refund. See my issue is that on the 24th quickbooks issued me 3 in the for if 2 in 1 a the a another 1 single for a total of 2 transactions but for 3 yearly subscriptions of the 4 refunds owed 2 me only 1 refund of the 2 in 1 refund came thru which was odd I received notification from yall that you sent both together, and my bank had sent me a notification that they had received 1 deposit from intuit, then to make matters worse out of that refund I received you reversed half which was 1477.61 for the purchases of another yearlt subscription I had resubscribed to by accident trying to locate that other refund. Then the following day you all sent a third refund which is the 4 subscription and has now been posted to my to my bank as well so my concern is that how is it possible to have received the first and the last refund and been charged for an additional subscription but still haven't received that missing refund and know wants to assist me with a trace number as if they're not concerned so if you can please assist me my number is [removed phone number] My company name is DB Catering

As much as I would love to take care of this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space without asking your account details. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.
That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team again. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment. They're also able to trace the refund for you.

I'm very much appreciative for your time and help but I've exhausted all resources I was told to wait 10 days but I know for certain that there's been an error in the transmission of my refund because I have received the refund that had been sent along with this one in question. I had accidentally reactivated another subscription which I was charged that same day n immediately canceled it. I then received another refund owed a day later and just yesterday I received the refund for the newly subscription that I had accidentally reactivated the day the refund in question showed have posted to my account. So I've explained myself n im told to wait 10 business days. However, this is frustrating that I can't get this trace number because I know when the 10 days r up ur going to tell another lame half baked excuse on how i need to wait 10 more business days to process a trace then those 10 days have passed another 10 business days to process a request to re-issue my refund. Then another 10 business days for me to receive it it dang well didnt take you 10 minutes to receive the payment on this subscription that I never purchased in the first place I want to be paid the additional $1000.00 for my troubles that your policy says were in titled to for our compensations.
