I'm here to lend a hand about printing bank reconciliation.
To get started, download the latest version of Adobe Reader or update it. Then, ensure that you set it as the default PDF viewer for your browser.
Once done, try to print the report again. Check to see if it works.

However, if the issue persists, open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window. Doing so will open your account in a clean slate and loads a fresh data. Here's how to open:
After you signed in, you can print again. If it works, perform a clear cache on your default browser. Deleting the cache and temporary Internet files from your browser will refresh the system.
