Subscription Renewal

Hello, I am an accountant currently on Pro Plus Desktop 2023. 

 

Do I need to renew to Pro Plus 2023 prior to July 31st to keep my subscription going?

 

I have looked to find a place to go ahead and renew my subscription, but I could not find it. Does it possibly renew automatically?

Yes, you can indeed renew your QuickBooks Pro Plus Desktop 2023 subscription before July 31st to maintain its active status, Ryan. 

 

As an existing user, this change will not affect you. We will continue to provide security updates, product enhancements, and dedicated support for our subscribers.

In renewing your QuickBooks Desktop subscription, it's important to note that your billing info is updated, as the subscription will auto-renew on the next billing date. I'd be glad to walk you through the process.

 

To update your QuickBooks Desktop billing information, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) as an admin user.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. Select details next to your QuickBooks Product.
  4. Click Edit next to your Payment Method. Update your payment info. Once done, press Save and Close.
  5. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Go to the Help menu.
  • Hover over Manage My License.
  • Select Sync License Data Online.

Hi, Ali [last name removed] Here from Universal Distribution Center Pakistan. We have problem in opening Quickbook's Desktop Enterprises 23.0. Actually our credit card expired after that we have getting new card and information. We need to renew our subscription immediately because we are unable to use QB's.

You can update your billing information in your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs). Deity Alpha is right that you need to access CAMPs to find your license number. My colleague shared the steps above, but I'll reiterate it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) as an admin user.
  2. Select the QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. Choose details next to your QuickBooks Product.
