The Quickbook report screen has changed. Where can I get Balance Sheet?

Hello,

The Balance Sheet should still be one of the Favorite reports on the STANDARD reports section.  If not, you can always type it in the search field on the reports screen and mark it as a favorite so its easier to find.

The Quickbook report screen has changed. Where can I get Balance Sheet?

No the report is not there.

When I typed "Balance Sheet" in the serach field, it came out all the transactions. Strange.

Can anyone help?

Hi there, bfshanghai,

The Balance sheet report should show what you own (assets), what you owe (liabilities), and what you invested (equity). The screenshots attached below will show how it looks like when you open the report.

I'd appreciate it if you can provide a screenshot as well so I can provide the exact solution needed to fix the issue.

For now, let's perform some troubleshooting steps by clearing the browser's cache. It could be a browser-related issue. Deleting the most recent accessed data on your browser will refresh your page.

You can use the following links listed below depending on your browser.

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. As an alternative, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online.

Check out this link: Balance Sheet report to see the financial snapshot of your company based on a specific date.

If you're getting the same results, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They help investigate what's causing the transactions to show up upon opening the balance sheet report.
