Where are my quarter reports?

Hi lkitter777. Are you referring to quarterly payroll reports? The Employer's Quarterly Wage Report can be printed directly from QuickBooks Desktop. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click employees then Payroll Center,
  2. Go to the File Forms tab. Look for UI-2/3 Employer's Quarterly Wage Report and click Create Form

You also have to click Check for Errors at the bottom of the page before printing the form. This is to make sure that the form does not have any errors or missing fields that require information. If you need anything else, just leave a reply below I'll be happy to help. I hope you have a great day.

Where are my quarter reports?

Thanks for chiming in on this post, aquinones.

I'd like to share some information about your situation.

If you don't see the quarterly payroll reports under File Forms, it could be because of the following:

  • Payroll is not active or not updated.
  • Forms were not created.

Let's make sure that your payroll is active. Then, update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release and tax table. You can follow the instructions in these articles:

Otherwise, create the quarterly forms by following these steps:

  1. Go to Employees > Payroll Center.
  2. In the File Forms tab, select the Forms drop-down menu and choose Make a New Form ActiveNote: If you don't have an employee set-up for the state, the form that you want to print will not also be activated.
  3. Click Create Form.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to create the forms.

I've got this sample screenshot for a visual guide:

Where are my quarter reports?

All my forms are active.  I just don't have form UI-2/3 Employer's Quarterly Wage Report  that you mention.
