I can't seem to find this answer. There has to be a simple way to email a letter that I've written to all of my customers.

There is no way directly from QB's that I know of. But you can open your customer center, and at the top click the Excel tab, and export the customer list to excel. Then in excel, you can sort the email column alphabetically, and then select all the email addresses, hit Ctrl C to copy them, then open your started email, and past these addresses in the BCC field.
no one should ever ever ever ever convert to qbo from desktop.
This is not something that we want you to experience, @MargauxInDenver.

I am attempting to email all of my customers using the Bath action on the Customers tab and it fails whenever I select more than 1 customer to email. Any ideas? I am using QBO if that matters.
Hello, ohmannequin.
I have an idea on how to fix the Batch action feature so you can email all of your customers again.
Before anything else, did you encounter a specific error message when using the Batch action function? More details would help.
This might be a cache-related issue. This can cause buttons, features, and other webpage content to stop working when it's corrupted or full. To confirm this, use a private or incognito window. Access it using these keyboard shortcuts for each browser:
From there, log in to your QBO company as you normally would. Then, use the Batch action feature and email your customers again. If it works properly, close the private window and go back to your regular browser. Clear its cache afterwards. Don't forget to close and reopen it to complete the process.
Another alternative is to use another supported browser to batch email your customers.
If you're using the QuickBooks Online Windows app, click the Help menu then select Reset App Data.

MargauxlnDenver is ABSOLUTELY correct! MANY small business features don't exist in QBO!
