I have steps that we can try to fix the OLSU-1013 error. Let me walk you through how.
- Check your internet security settings in Internet Explorer.
- Download bank feed transactions in a test company file.
- Check if the file from your bank is compatible with QuickBooks.
- Refresh the connection with your bank.
- Create and merge accounts.
- Turn off and set up online banking for other accounts.
To check the internet settings of the Internet Explorer:
- Go to Gear or Tools. Then, Internet options.
- Select Advanced, and then scroll down towards the Security section.
- Check if you have TLS 1.2 checked. If not, select the box to turn it on.
- Hit OK. Exit all applications on your computer.
