Hi there, @karaa.
I understand that you want to disable this feature for your convenience. If turning this off won't work, I'm here to share some workaround for deactivating this function in QuickBooks Online.
There's a chance that some of these options were broken. Due to this reason, you're unable to remove them in QuickBooks.
The best thing we can do is delete the rule by heading to the Banking menu.
Here's how:
- From the left menu, click on Banking.
- Go to the Rules tab.
- Look for the rule then, click the drop-down arrow beside Edit.
- Select Delete and Yes to confirm.
Furthermore, let's carry out a straightforward troubleshooting procedure to address the problem if it continues.
First, open a private window and log into your account. This will enable us to identify whether the cache accumulation in your current browser is what is causing this unexpected behavior. Press the shortcut keys listed below:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
Then, let's clear the cache in your regular browser. You can also use another supported browser to access your account. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser.
Alternatively, if you're prepared to reconciling your account, I'm including this page: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Please keep this thread updated with the outcome; I want to ensure everything works out for you. Have a great day!
