Just a heads up, there are limitations when converting the file. That being said, we'll have to import the other data manually.
Nevertheless, here's how you can switch:
First, you'll have to set up security settings in Internet Explorer. This way, you can import the data smoothly.
Second, you'll have to set up your QuickBooks Desktop file for export. Afterward, you're good to export your QuickBooks Online data into your QuickBooks Desktop program.
In case you no longer need your QuickBooks Online subscription, I'd suggest canceling the plan to avoid double charges.
