Can I have someone help with my OBO conversion to QBD Enterprise? The thing is that we are using QBO now but want to switch to QBD. We have no experience to do so.

Yes. You can switch the program by yourself, userzhangyunyang.

Just a heads up, there are limitations when converting the file. That being said, we'll have to import the other data manually.

Nevertheless, here's how you can switch:

First, you'll have to set up security settings in Internet Explorer. This way, you can import the data smoothly.

1. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon, and then click Run as administrator.
2. Click the Gear icon, then Internet Options.
3. Select Security, and then Trusted sites.
4. Select Sites.
5. In the Add this website to the zone field, enter *.intuit.com and *.qbo.intuit.com.
6. Make sure Require server verification (https: ) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.
7. Close the Trusted Sites window.
8. Make sure that the Enable Protected Mode is unchecked.
9. Select Apply, then Okay.
10. Leave Internet Explorer open.

Second, you'll have to set up your QuickBooks Desktop file for export. Afterward, you're good to export your QuickBooks Online data into your QuickBooks Desktop program.

In case you no longer need your QuickBooks Online subscription, I'd suggest canceling the plan to avoid double charges.
