You'll need to separately link the sub-account (Chase) to the online connection to resolve the issue with downloading bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Please note how your bank distributes downloaded transactions before linking into online banking. Connect just the parent account if the transactions download to a single account. However, if the transactions download to the individual accounts, you'll need to connect the subaccounts rather than the parent account.
