Credit card transactions and linking to bank feed

I just started using quickbooks online.

i share a credit card with my 3 daughters. I have read conversations that suggest having a parent and sub accounts for different users, however when I link my account it does not give me a option to select users it downloads all transactions with all cardholders based on date so they are all mixed in the bank feed. On the paper credit card statement it separates each cardholder transactions. Any suggestions or help on how to keep these cardholders transactions separate so easier to code in the bank feed? Thanks!!

Credit card transactions and linking to bank feed

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, DL95.

QuickBooks pulls in transactions based on the data provided by your bank. Since your transactions for a credit card account with three card holders on it are coming in unseparated, I'd recommend getting in touch with your financial institution to see if there's any particular set up they can use to send them separately.

I've also included a couple detailed resources about working with bank transactions which may come in handy moving forward:

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a lovely Tuesday!
