Does anyone know how to get QuickPay feature to work? Ive used it before but now nothing shows up as eligible to use? I have bank and bank card set up.

I'm here to ensure you're able to use the QuickPay feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @brian110.

 

For you to use the QuickPay feature in QBO, you'll have to select a third-party app that suits your business needs. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu at the left pane in your QBO account or directly go to the website apps.intuit.com.
  2. Click the Find my Apps tab, then search for the keyword 'QuickPay' in the search bar.
  3. Choose a third-party app from among the lists to enable the QuickPay feature in QBO.

Does anyone know how to get QuickPay feature to work? Ive used it before but now nothing shows up as eligible to use? I have bank and bank card set up.

I dont see any specific apps for quickpay AND I never had to use an app before. I just set up a debit card along with my bank account. I use QB Payments as my merchant service provider and it should link or go through that, but no one can tell me why its not working. They told me to inactivate the card and then activate it again, but that isnt an option.

We'll help you check this out. However, we'll need help from our QuickBooks Payments team to know why your Quickpay account will not work on your Payments (Merchant) account anymore. They have the tools to check this for you.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during their office hours.
