I dont see any specific apps for quickpay AND I never had to use an app before. I just set up a debit card along with my bank account. I use QB Payments as my merchant service provider and it should link or go through that, but no one can tell me why its not working. They told me to inactivate the card and then activate it again, but that isnt an option.

We'll help you check this out. However, we'll need help from our QuickBooks Payments team to know why your Quickpay account will not work on your Payments (Merchant) account anymore. They have the tools to check this for you.
