Does QB Cash automatically assign itself as the account that receives funds? Are there no fees charged to receive payments and transfer from QB cash?

For instance QB charged 1% or $10 to get paid via ACH now, but will using a QB Cash reduce that fee to $0 as long as QB Cash is the receiving account? Also when I pull cash from QB Cash to send to other accounts I want to confirm that I am not getting charged there too.

It’s great to see you in the Community, barrywbrewer.

When you’re approved for QuickBooks Payments, you get a QuickBooks Cash account and a debit card. It's a monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks where all of your customer payments get deposited.

It keeps your money like any other bank account. Also, there aren’t any fees when you transfer funds.

In regard to the fees, I recommend you get in touch with our Payments Support Team. They can provide detailed information about the charges for each transaction. Click here to get the contact details.

Let me share these articles for future reference. These resources contain detailed information on how the QuickBooks Cash account works. From there, you’ll see the complete instructions on how to set up the account and answers to common questions about the feature.

So, I tested QB Cash and it charges an outrageous fee of 1%.

The advertising is intentionally deceptive.

Really sick.
