Buy nowI'm here to ensure you're able to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) successfully, @mz-gradient-phot.
Thanks for letting me know that the error you're getting isn't right. It could be the browser may be full of frequently accessed page resources when trying to add your bank account to QBO. That's why it causes unusual behavior, in which the system prompts a message.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help fix this.
We can start by logging into your QBO account using a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache, so it's a great way to isolate browser-related issues.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.
Once signed in, go back to the Banking page and connect your bank account from there. If it works, let's clear your regular browser's cache to have a clean slate. This way, it'll function efficiently. If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported browsers to get the best and most secure experience with QBO.
After that, the program will automatically download your bank transactions. Then, you can assign and
categorize them in the For Review tab to ensure they're accurate. You can also match them to the existing entries in the system to avoid duplicates.
I also want to make sure I've got you covered. With this, can I ask for the name of your bank account you're trying to add to QBO? Just click the Reply button below to add some details.
I'll lend a helping hand if you need anything else. Take care always, @mz-gradient-phot.
Just following up on this error as I am experiencing this too.
I've used a separate browser, private browsing mode, and cleared cache/cookies and I am still seeing this error. When I go to add my Chase bank account (which is not showing in my Dashboard) I get to the import pop-up, and it errors out saying that "I'm already sharing data from these accounts..."
Has anyone found a fix for this issue yet?

Does anyone have a solution to this problem yet? I can't reconnect credit card accounts because of error 'you're already sharing data from these accounts'
Ive just tried to add my chase accounts and I'm receiving this same message "you're already sharing date from these accounts" so it appears that as of Nov 8, 2021 this issue still exists.

That's all there is to it!
Please inform us on how the phone call goes. We're always here to lend a helping hand. Bye for now!
Here's how I resolved this:
- Log in to your Chase online bank with the account under which you have the problematic connection.
- Go to Security & Privacy (Last tab)
- Look for "Linked apps and websites" on the page
- You should see Quickbooks under active section
- Click Stop Sharing Data and Confirm
- Go back to QBO and link the bank account again
For me, I had to click on Security Center at the bottom right side of the page.
I removed the QBO access and now it works!
