Thank you for the reply. I've been doing this for a while now. It was working with my Chase Amazon credit card transactions (sporadically), I added another card to my Chase account and added the bank (not the card) to my accounts, now none of my Amazon transactions are updating. I'm making purchases with the new card only now, none of my new, or old transactions are changing.

Let's access your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to check if it has something to do when the browser using or your subscription. This browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.

Next, go back and verify if the transactions are now updating in your account. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks. Then, restart your browser right after.
