I realized when looking at my credit card register that it was not right. I am not sure how it has happened but the payments I have made on a credit card are showing up duplicated and reconciled. I use the bank feeds for my checking account as well as my credit card transactions. I went to delete them and they are saying that they are reconciled so I did not do that. I also tried doing one of the suggestions I read on here and went to custom report, filter-cleared -NO and selected the account. When it listed them and I clicked on all of them they all showed cleared. I tried that multiple times and same thing so it did not work for me. This is very frustrating and I need to get this fixed. I need to figure out also how to keep it from happening again.
Thanks
I appreciate you for doing some suggested steps, @kperki.

@Nicole_N Yeah, uh, @kperki posted in that thread (which revolved around QBO) 2 hours ago asking for the Desktop answer.
You posted this 17 minutes ago and, as of the time of this post, @jenop2 finally answered @kperki 2 minutes ago.
I guess what I'm wondering is, is the QB staff made of Time Lords?
I do not understand your response....
I replied to that post of your associate. When I click to delete both duplicates show it is cleared. I have the accounts reconciled through november and have clicked on each duplicate that I see in my register to delete it and it shows cleared and suggests not to delete so I do not.
Any other ideas. It is very frustrating...
Thanks

I did try what they said and that is why I posted that it did NOT work and needed other solution.
I posted on a person with same issues in
QBO about desktop and realized I should start my own post. Feel free to delete the other post as I have my own post now regarding it and still no solution as I explained in my reply to the suggestion offered and that it did not work and STILL need help or I would t have posted asking for it again and would have stated it worked..it didn't..so if anyone else has figured out how to fix this let me know I would really appreciate it. Thanks
