How do I set up QB to send me cc deposit notifications?

Hello, atxturf78620.

Thanks for visiting the Community.

When you have QuickBooks Payment enabled, but you're not receiving any payment notifications from your customers, you can follow these steps to set it up:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Account Settings & Alerts.
  3. Find the Email Alerts section and make sure you have Yes selected for Receive Credit Card Deposit Notification. Click Save Changes, if any were made.
  4. Go back to Account Account Profile.
  5. Locate the Contact information section and confirm your contact email address is accurate. If not, click Edit to make the necessary changes.
  6. Select Submit.

I've got this sample screenshot for a visual reference:

To view your payments, you can go to Activities & Reports Transactions.

I'm also adding this article for more information: Unable to receive Intuit email.

Please leave a reply below if you have other questions or concerns. I'm always here to help. Take care and stay safe!

Thanks for joining this thread, Michaelnow63.

Once you're approved to both QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Cash, all customer payments will be deposited automatically into your QuickBooks Cash account. Also, you can use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash.

However, please note that you still need to activate the card so you can use it. This is the most possible reason why you get rejected when using it. Please follow these steps:

  1. From the Cash Flow menu, select Activate card in the Debit Card info section.
  2. Create a PIN that you'll use to make withdrawals. Then, select Next.
  3. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  4. Tap Confirm.

Once done, your debit card is now active and ready to use. For the detailed steps, here's how to use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash.

Also, you'll want to check these links. These will explain more on how to use the QuickBooks Cash and Cash Flow:
