When you have QuickBooks Payment enabled, but you're not receiving any payment notifications from your customers, you can follow these steps to set it up:

- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Go to Account > Settings & Alerts.
- Find the Email Alerts section and make sure you have Yes selected for Receive Credit Card Deposit Notification. Click Save Changes, if any were made.
- Go back to Account > Account Profile.
- Locate the Contact information section and confirm your contact email address is accurate. If not, click Edit to make the necessary changes.
- Select Submit.

Why can't I get payments thru my cash accounts debit cards. I thought that's what my cash account was for,to have access to my quickbooks cash.Ive tryed several times at atms and trying to buy paying with my cash account debit cards but there rejected every time. What's up with that.i need a way to gain access to my funds.Thank you,. Michael Henritze.

Once you're approved to both QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Cash, all customer payments will be deposited automatically into your QuickBooks Cash account. Also, you can use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash.
However, please note that you still need to activate the card so you can use it. This is the most possible reason why you get rejected when using it. Please follow these steps:
