Does anyone know how I can unsync my Home Depot credit card from my quickbooks online account? I no longer want them to sync, but Home Depot is not listed under my Banking tab. When I try to delete it from my chart of accounts It says I'm not allowed to make it inactive because another organization is using it.

You can simply disconnect the account if you don't want to get new transactions from your bank. But, if you don't need the data, you can also delete the account permanently. To disconnect the account, follow the steps below.

My Home Depot card does not appear as a bank in my banking session. It only appears in Chart of Accounts and QB wont' allow me to delete it from Charts of Accounts because it says an institution is using it.

I can guide you in disconnecting your bank inside QuickBooks Online. Before doing so, make sure that there are no pending transactions on the card.
However, if you want to replace the lost credit card, I recommend you get in touch with Home Depot. This way, they'll know what happened and they can cancel and replace the card.

If you're added as a user in the QuickBooks Online account, the access and options may vary from one user at a company to another.
The system determines what information it displays by each user’s access rights. You can reach out to the owner of the account or the Master Admin and ask to update your access rights.
