Join nowHi, thanks for your response. When I go to transfer and "transfer funds from" the quickbooks bank is not an option. The funds were originally in some account called quickbooks envelopes and I transferred them to our operating account. Our balance sheet in quickbooks is accurate. However, the money was never deposited to our operating bank account.
Hi there, @kco1006.
The transfer will take a little longer when you transfer the funds directly from QuickBooks Envelopes to the operating account.
For more details about QuickBooks cash flows, you can check this article: Create envelopes to set your funds aside. From there, you can follow the steps written in the "Take money out of an envelope" section when you transfer funds from QuickBooks again.
For faster transfer, you can follow these steps next time: Take money out from QuickBooks Envelope> take money out Cash Account> Bank Account.
Also, make sure to categorize periodically your transactions in the Banking menu.

I just did this - transferred money from QB cash to our bank account - hit save and close - but see no record for the transfer. How long does it take to show up in the bank account?
