Best recommendation is that if you are getting an error trying to cancel your account, reach out to phone support so they can bring up your account and cancel it on that end.

Thanks for your help. Any even better recommendation would be for Intuit to fix their FU CKlNG website. I decided to call American Express and initiated chargebacks for every transaction that Intuit billed my account for.
