I need to add mobile deposit is possible please.

Thank you for participating in the Community space, @cbusiness930. I recognize the significance of incorporating mobile deposit functionality, as it holds considerable importance for your business. I am more than willing to provide you with guidance on the steps to enable mobile deposit within QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Checking offers mobile check deposit, but it is subject to eligibility criteria. Not all customers have the option to add a mobile deposit. If you are eligible, you will see the Deposit checks option when you click on Get Money.

Before depositing a check, it's important to confirm that it meets our requirements. The checks you can deposit must be in your name, endorsed by you, and drawn on a bank account in the US or a US territory. If you meet these criteria, you can deposit the following types of checks:

  • Business checks
  • Personal checks

We don’t accept these types of checks:

  • Non-demand deposit account (post no debits)
  • Credit card check
  • Line of credit, home equity, or a brokerage check
  • Foreign checks (routing number not registered by the American Banking Association)
  • Traveler's checks
  • Savings bonds
  • US Treasury checks
  • 3rd party checks (not payable to you)

Once you meet all the requirements, you may follow the steps below on how to enter your check information:

QuickBooks mobile app

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
  2. Select Cash Flow.
  3. From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
  4. Select Deposit checks.
  5. Note: If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
  6. Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.

QuickBooks Money mobile app

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Money app from a mobile device.
  2. Select Deposit Check.
  3. Note: If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
  4. Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.
