I received a payment to my QB to a bank account that I do not use anymore. I changed the merchant acct info however to complete the phone no. to confirm is incorrect.

Since the Community page is a public space, I'd recommend contacting our Merchants Services team. A specialist can securely access your Payment Account and update your contact details. Also, you can request to check the status of the payments you've received.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Contact Payments Support.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center.
