Is QB holding anyone else's money?

Right, is it even legal!! I’m getting sick of waiting so long! I shouldn’t have to pay to get my money when I’m supposed to according to the law!! I think I’m gunna give labaton and sucharow a jingle and see what they have to say about it!!

Posting a copied and pasted response to very angry customers is just going to make it worse for QuickBooks. How about support does their job and resolves issues instead of creating new ones.

The same thing is happening to my business. They have held up 3 weeks of deposits and I can't cover our bills. It's over 20k. We have provided every document request then they make us wait for 2 days then come back and ask questions like what is your social media address then another 2 days. Have called Intuit daily and they say that the department reviewing doesn't have phones and no one can talk to them but they are very sorry. How is this legal and why aren't we contacted before so we could ask for alternative payment from our customers while they figure out what they need. My business is about to run out of money because we have pre paid these expenses. This seems unethical and illegal.

For everyone who has had this unfortunate experience with quick books who gives no viable answers and provides no customer service follow up after practically crippling businesses by holding (and earning interest on the thousands held, no doubt). Godaddy is now offering invoicing and payment services with fee rates that are less than QBs. Our company is looking into making the switch after the near 3- week hold of ~$18,000 of funds paid via quick books invoicing by our clients and NO customer service f/u but for an email where they took ZERO accountability for how badly they messed up (we have emails from reps throughout the process telling us how their errors with not releasing the band control hold and escalating to the wrong department on 4 different occasions kept resetting the "resolution time clock"). We had to come up with 3 weeks worth of payroll out of pocket and almost couldn’t continue scheduling because of this. THEY NEVER LET YOU SPEAK WITH A REP WITH REAL AGENCY TO DO SOMETHING AND THEY SEEM TO SPEND THEIR TRAINING DOLLARS ON ENSURING THE REPS EXUDE EMPATHY WHICH IS A RIDICULOUS NOTION SINCE OUR CONTRACTORS CAN’T EAT WITH EMPATHY!!! Your empathy means nothing when you continue to directly and indirectly financially undermine your customers who pay for your poor service.

I reiterate: Godaddy is now offering invoicing and payment services with fee rates that are less than QBs. Our company is looking into it. Though we’re a small company, we’ll happily release the burden of bad business operators and take our ~$48,000 of monthly invoicing/payment receipts to a company that cares more, charges less and is as established reputation-wise, as Quickbooks

Hey I finally was able to get it worked out quickly. I went weeks of them telling me every two days basically the same thing. I googled their Main office in California and left a message to the CEO. I sent emails to the highest I could find and no crap about an hour later I had a lady call me who helped me out so much. She made it a point to keep checking and make sure I had my money. I may have went overboard and told them things like I’m gonna meet you at your office and along those lines.. I’m gonna fly there but I was at my wits end. I had to have my money. No one helped until I googled the ceo and reached out to that office.
