At this time, you can add those past 90 days' worth of transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account.

My problem is that my bank doesn't keep my transactions past 90 days. So it's not even in their system. However, I do have access to my bank statements in pdf form. Is there way to work with that?

Currently, QuickBooks can only support CSV or Webconnect.
Since you have the PDF form for those past transactions, you can convert them instead using an app converter. You can search for an available converter or you can attempt to copy and paste it to Excel and save it as CSV.

Thou, we can't recommend what specific app you should use, you'll want to visit our QuickBooks App Center. This way, you can find the best converter that suits your business needs.
